We have had the pleasure of working with Frank since 2017, when at that time we were in the market for our future retirement home in Murrieta, Ca. Frank assisted my family with our 5th home purchase. We had very specific needs for this house and Frank showed us at least two dozen homes before we found the home that met our needs. Frank never gave up on us, and never made us feel pressured to give up until we found the home that would work for us. He was very prompt in all his responses, and was quick to notify us of any homes that he thought we might like. He set us up on the Listingbook so that we could also keep an eye on houses. Thank goodness for Frank at our side during this first time house buying experience. He was mindful and knowledgable of every house we looked at. Wow! Where to start? Frank helped us buy our first home last year! Before that for about 3 years as we were deciding on taking the firsts steps towards buying. He first came to see us in our apartment and he answered ALL of our questions as we were completely in the dark. I remember we asked things we could have googled, but asked Frank because he made us feel comfortable enough to do so. Which is HUGE. When we were finally able to start that home buying process he was very kind and patient. We are Riverside local and wanted to see homes in Hesperia (a long drive). He happily took us up there and showed us a lot of homes, some that weren’t on the market (he got ahold of their realtors) or only had been for a day or two. We ended up staying in Riverside county and it seemed that Frank knew all along we would be happier here. He asks great questions, and gets to know and understand your needs.
