About Us

Hi, I’m Frank Tapia and I’m proud to represent Keller Williams Realty Temecula. I’ve been licensed and active in the real estate industry since 2003 and I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2001. I worked my way through the ranks, starting as an assistant, then becoming a transaction coordinator, and finally in the compliance department. This provided me with the insight needed to become a great real estate professional.

I was in the Top 3 of closed units for individual agents at Keller Williams Realty Temecula in 2021. I have also helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. A big part of my business comes via direct referrals from past clients and my sphere of influence.

I am bilingual, my second language is Spanish. I provide great customer service, attentive listener, a problem solver, patient, understanding & provide guidance to my clients. I am married and have two beautiful girls ages 9 & 7, a little boy Frank who’s 3 years old and my baby girl Chantal who just turned 1…we can’t forget about Ralphie, our poodle mix pup.
